Arcady is staffed entirely by students and volunteers who are committed to a high level of performance. A successful audition is the only requirement for membership and none of the performers pay a membership fees. Arcady's sponsors are recruited by summer student employees as there is no full time administrative staff. Arcady does not receive government funding or fall under the protective umbrella of any arts organisation or institution. It must therefore turn to foundations, individuals and numerous corporations and small businesses in its province-wide fund raising efforts.

Tax receipts will be issued for all contributions.

Supporters of over $500 will receive Arcady CD recordings, concert tickets, and special promotion opportunities.
